us create your online sale particulars in the form of a web site.
The
process is very simple:
- We
make an appointment to come and photograph your property inside
and out.
- You
or your agent provides us with written details of your property
as you would find them in standard sale particulars.
- We
create a draft web site (based on our standard format) which will
be hosted in a sub-directory of www.sellyourpropertyabroad.com
and will be www.sellyourpropertyabroad.com/name-of-your-house.
Your property site will remain available until you sell your property
or ask us to remove it.
- Once
you are happy with the site we have created for you we will then
make it live from the relevant site menu.
And
what does all this cost?
We
can't give you an exact price on the web site. Each property will
be different and we need to check for ourselves that we are going
to be able to give you value for your money, as well as providing
you with something that will successfully aid the sale of your property.
What
we can tell you is that our costs are fixed. We quote you a price
and that is all you pay . . . even if we have to go that extra distance
to get everything right for you. We will of course give you a quotation
without any obligation on your part to take it any further.
Web
sites are expensive? No they are not. Selling a property is expensive
and if you can reduce the cost of doing so, and speed up the process
by the use of the Internet, shouldn't you at least find out a little
more?
